7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At HANMECH®, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided.

  • Only regular priced items are eligible for returns; sale items are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at alkarimleathershopify@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and attach relevant photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to the provided address. The customer will bear the return shipping cost unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
